You know that we, at Calvert Rejuvenations, are always changing and growing and striving to make to most amazing client experience even better!
True to form, we have some very exciting changes happening that you’ll need to know about! We are excited to announce that we are in the process of upgrading our software system to the newest and most advanced version that Millennium has to offer… Meevo 2! While this process should be very seamless and hopefully our transition won’t skip a beat, this means there may be a few changes that will affect you.
How do these changes affect you?
* You may see that things might look a little bit different coming from us. Our text messages, emails and other communications may be formatted or worded a little differently from what you are used to seeing. No need to worry, it is still us!
* All members’ billing information will be updated prior to June 1, expect a phone call from us to complete your membership update- we now accept all major forms of credit cards (again!)
*Also, our Online Booking site will look a little different than the one that we have right now. We will try our best to keep things as consistent as possible, as to not create confusion, but again, just want to make sure that you know it is still us, with a new twist.
The exciting part of the new online booking site is that it should be a little more user-friendly, and will offer many more options and customizations than what is currently available! If you should have any trouble using the new system at all, please be sure to reach out to us so we may either direct you, or fix any issues that may arise.

E-Gifts and Instant Gift Certificates
Lastly, our Egift (Online gift certificate) site will temporarily be down until we can convert to the newest version. While we understand that this may be an inconvenience, please remember that you can always give us a call at the spa and we can handle your gift certificate requests personally. We are more than happy to mail Gift Certificates to out of town guests! We will let everyone know as soon as the new egift site is available.
With all of the exciting changes, we want to remind you that our focus will still always remain on our clients! We not only value your opinions and feedback, but depend on them to make sure that we are creating and maintaining the very best client experience possible!
