A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments to uphold the strict 24-hour cancellation policy and ensure our time is specifically reserved for you.


Making an appointment at Calvert Rejuvenations is an agreement to and acceptance of the following:

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. We charge the full amount booked if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. No exceptions.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we must receive notification by phone more than 24 hours in advance.


Making an appointment at Calvert Rejuvenations is an agreement to and acceptance of the following:
Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. If you are running late please call us as soon as you know when you’ll be late to let us know. We will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible in the alotted time. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment (without calling), you will be considered a “no-show” and charged for the appointment time.

For scheduled waxing and electrolysis treatments you will be considered a “no-show” 5 minutes after your scheduled time and charged for the appointment.

Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Accounts can often be used for therapeutic massage! We can supply you with paperwork required to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. In most cases you just get a prescription from your health care provider and check with your insurance company before your appointment to verify.

Use your benefits by the end of the year so you don’t lose them!

Typically, gratuity at a spa is calculated the same way as is commonly done at restaurants, about 20% or more if you feel you received excellent care. Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted otherwise.

Check-in with front desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment, fill out any necessary forms and begin to relax! As we are a goal-oriented facility, we require that all new clients fill out medical history and treatment consent forms.

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services. Unopened products may be returned for refund within 14 days of purchase.
