MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO BOOK A PARTY?
We can accommodate groups of up to 15 guests for parties at Calvert Rejuvenations. Parties of 4 or more have exclusive reservation of the Oasis. In most cases when there are more than 5 guests the whole spa is closed for regular business and reserved exclusively for your group.

WHICH SERVICES WILL BE OFFERED IN A SPA PARTY PACKAGE?
Parties have our entire menu of services at their disposal.
You and your guests will enjoy our award-winning spa services and enjoy time together in our Oasis between services.
Our party coordinator will include time for you and your guests to enjoy treatments and time between services for everyone to gather together, enjoy lunch, exchange gifts, or anything else you have in mind!
HOW MUCH WILL A PARTY COST?
Party pricing is settled in advance in the spa party agreement.
Concierge delivered lunch or other expenses shouldered by the spa on your big day are added to the final bill at zero markup.
The only costs to party Calvert style are 20% gratuity, the services themselves and a small 15% Party Planning charge that covers:
- Day-of Coordination & Concierge
- Light Snacks
- A bottle of bubbly
- Retail gift card for each guest
- Depending on party size, goodie bags

Call us today, (571) 323-1088, or email with your general wants and needs, a couple proposed dates/times, ideal duration. Please be sure to send your PHONE NUMBER if you choose to email us.
First, we’ll work together to find the perfect date and time for your gathering.
The next step is finding the right mix of services for you and your guests. We will put together a schedule of events, to include any food or beverage breaks you’d like to have factored into your time with us.
Once the party elements and our agreement are approved and signed, we will secure the date and times with a 20% deposit (refundable within 48 hours of booking).
Finally, the remaining balance (non‐refundable) is collected no later than 10 days prior to the event.
