Emily is a Massage Therapist, Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. She’s been in the health/wellness industry for over a decade. She is passionate about helping people with chronic pain feel, breathe and move better.
Since her first yoga teacher training in Bali, Emily has studied a wide range of therapeutic modalities. She has been heavily influenced by yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, massage, and resistance training. She is currently studying NeuroKinetic Therapy.
Emily is known for her intuitive, healing touch. Her multi-modality skillset creates effective treatment and deeply restorative massage sessions. She works with her clients from the mind-body-spirit perspective.
