Appointment Changes and Cancellations:

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. **All appointment reservations are guaranteed with a credit card or gift certificate and constitute an agreement to uphold and respect the standard 24 hour cancellation policy for weekday appointments and 48 hours for weekend appointments. ** The full amount of the services for the reservation become due and will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours/48 hours and for any no-call/no-shows.

note: if you are late to your appointment, it results in less treatment time for you. If you no-show for an appointment the full amount for the reserved time will be charged. No refund or reschedule if you no-show. No-show means you did not arrive to your appointment within the first 15 minutes of your appointment time.
If you wish to reschedule, you must do so more than 24 hours in advance.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of your purchase date for orders placed in store or on CalvertRejuvenations.com for unused, unopened items and shipping within the contiguous United States. After we receive your returned items, we will process your refund onto your original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees and “Duties & Taxes Reimbursements” will not be refunded. Please allow 5-10 business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post. Please note that all sales to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO addresses are final. Welcome to Calvert Rejuvenations Acupuncture Clinic and Spa. By booking an appointment or receiving services at our Herndon, VA location or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility & Consent You must be 13+ to receive services. Clients under 18 need parent/guardian consent. By booking, you consent to treatment and acknowledge that you’ve disclosed any relevant medical conditions.
Our services include: acupuncture, massage, skincare, sauna, and more.
Booking, Cancellation & Arrival Policy 
Cancellation Window:
Weekdays (Mon–Thurs): 24 hours’ notice required * Weekends & Holidays (Fri–Sun): 48 hours’ notice required

Late Cancel Fee: 60% of service price
No-Shows: Charged 100% of the service

Arrivals: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.We will fit in as much of your reserved time in treatment as your arrival allows.
Memberships: Calvert Elite
Monthly membership accrues “Spa Dollars” to use on services or products.  Cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year.
Spa Dollars expire 90 days after cancellation. No refunds on unused perks. Spa dollars have no cash value
Behavior & Safety
 Please treat staff and fellow guests respectfully. * Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service. * Inform us of any medical concerns before your appointment. —

Returns, Gift Cards & Products
Retail Returns: Accepted within 7 days (unopened, with receipt).
Gift Cards: Non-refundable and non-transferable.

May be limited by time or provider availability. —
Privacy & Confidentiality * Your information is safe with us. We do **not** sell or share your data. * Medical records are stored securely and handled in compliance with HIPAA. —
Liability & Dispute Resolution
* You release Calvert Rejuvenations from liability for any outcomes except in cases of gross negligence. * Any disputes must be resolved via **individual arbitration** (no jury trials or class actions).
