calm mind inner strength

Calm mind brings inner strength and self-confidence, so that’s very important for good health.

― Dalai Lama

Have you ever thought about something that made you sick to your stomach? Thoughts ever made you feel dizzy and exhausted? Or for that matter, have you ever been elated and had so much energy you just had to jump up and down or dance and wiggle? I’m sure you have, you’re human, right?  While those may be a super simple examples of the mind body connection and thus the connection between our mindstates and our health.  You’ll experience some shifts in energy and practices at the spa in the coming weeks that reflect our renewed dedication and re-affirmation of our commitment to help foster a positive shift in mindset and emotional wellbeing toward the better. We do this with breath work, aroma and sound therapies, we do this with Reiki and other forms of energy work and of course our support and encouragement for your highest and best self-care, whatever that looks like for you.

Your brain spends all its time in your body, just sitting in there making your world go round.  We need to care for it and the home in which it resides in order to have the best possible experience in this short life we’ve got. We’re each committed to living well,  full of vitality and hope, curiosity and joy, and we are honored to continue to help you on your path toward optimal living.

In health and with love,
