Please hear me out.
I say it bluntly not to shame or even to push you. I put it bluntly (and encourage you to do the same) to make it OK to recognize and own the BS factor in whatever excuses we are making for ourselves and our choices.

How you spend your time, what you think about, what you DO is a choice that you are totally, 100% entitled to make. No excuses or guilt required.

You are the maker of your life, the master manifester and grown-ass adult in your own life. You really and truly don’t have to put on a front to please anyone but your very own wonderful, masterful, grown-up self. I invite you to own your choices and wear them on your sleeve, lovingly, unapologetically, confidently.
If fitness and health, even skincare, are just an “interest” at this stage in your game, that’s totally fine, it needn’t be a commitment. You are perfect and winning the game you’re playing at all times.

Please do not flog yourself or allow shame or “less-than” comparisons to poison your beautiful soul. If you really want and are ready to commit to something you will make time/take time to have those experiences.

Try to keep in mind that you have the same number of minutes in an hour as Beyonce, as Gloria Steinam, as Gwyneth Paltrow, as Oprah…you can do any number of things if your commitment is there. If it isn’t, then love yourself anyway, forgive and bless yourself all the same.

Change begins with acceptance and acknowledgement of the TRUTH. You are beautiful, wonderful, doing your best, and so so worth loving. (no matter how many times you wash your face in a day or how little gluten you consume or what your pants size is)

More to come on how I try to make the most of my time; get more done and experience small motivating victories without demanding much more time…stay tuned!!

Love love love,
